Reserves Analysis

The POA Board will be initiating a Reserves Analysis to assess how much cash we need to hold in reserve for future POA obligations (e.g., road repairs / replacement, long-term facilities maintenance). The analysis will be conducted by a consulting firm with experience in this type work.

The Board is looking for 4-6 Owner volunteers to participate in this effort – selection of contractor, follow-up, review, and reporting to the Board.

Burn Ban Lifted - No Burning in Rockwall Ranch

Effective Nov 28th Comal County has lifted the burn ban, but with restrictions for burning as outlined in this link - received today from the County offices. Please remember that burning brush / debris in Rockwall Ranch is prohibited. Fires are only allowed in suitable outdoor grills, and appropriatley designed fire pits.

Owner biefings will be held on 3 consecutive nights, starting next Sunday. Please see the attached link for more details.

RRPOA Board Meeting - request to speak
Thursday, March 15th
The Rockwall Ranch POA Board of Directors will conduct POA business at this regular meeting. Any property owner is welcome to attend. If anyone other than a Board Member wishes to speak or present information at the meeting, please submit your request no later than Tuesday, March 6th, via this link.

POA Annual Meeting
Friday, May 4th at Triumphant Lutheran Church
This year's annual POA meeting will be held on Friday evening, May 4th, at the Triumphant Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall (Bat Cave Rd). Please mark this date on your calendar. Further details and a map will be provided with the mail-out notification package, expected to be sent to all Owners around the end of March. Details will also be posted on the web site.
